Job Description

The goal of the Jobs For Veterans (J4VETS) grant funded program is to provide employment and training services, including entrepreneurship training, to veterans, resulting in industry-recognized credentials and jobs in high demand industries. The J4VETS Case Manager will recruit, assess and refer veterans with disabilities to the appropriate vocational and educational training in high-growth industries. The Case Manager will provide outreach, intake, assessment, case management, supportive services referrals, job development and follow-up services to veterans with disabilities seeking employment.

The standards for the Case Manager are a minimum of two years direct experience in working with Veterans, and/or job placement, marketing or a related field. Preference will be given to veteran candidates especially with disabilities. Strong written and verbal and communication skills are required.
A valid drivers license, ability to pass a motor vehicle check, automobile liability insurance, and own vehicle, or access to a vehicle daily, are required.
