Stafford, VA- This is a booming two-dentist private practice with more patients than it can handle. Both dentists are producing over $100K monthly with the associate set to retire in the coming months. An experienced and proven producer is needed to take over a full load of patients from day one. This is a full scope family practice that keeps as much in house as possible. The associate can do what he/she likes but is free to refer the complicated work to the owner if he/she prefers to focus on bread and butter dentistry. A dentist who can handle the volume will be very well rewarded.

This practice is full digital and very well run. The staff understands how to keep the doctors busy with minimal distractions. This is not a dental mill. They see lots of patients but maintain a personal touch. The successful associate will balance production capabilities, an engaging personality and a positive attitude.
