Immediate contract opportunity for a Desktop Support professional to be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the inventory of installed software, as well as managing software licensing. This Desktop Support will work with hardware and software vendors for equipment delivery and installation, as well as analyze and make recommendations for hardware and software standardization.

Job Requirements

A successful Desktop Support professional will have extensive knowledge of operating systems, end-user software and a proven track record for trouble-shooting and resolving most hardware and software problems.
