One of Modis best clients has perm role for Sr Recruiter. They are ideally looking for someone with 5+ years of experience including a corporate and a staffing background. Please email resumes to [Click Here to Email Your Resum].Recruit world class talent at all levels in the areas of Engineering, and other departments as required.Execute all aspects of the recruiting process: posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling and offers.Promote online presence and employer brand.Develop a pipeline of exceptionally qualified candidates and maintain their level of interest to meet current and future demand.Manage external resources relating to recruiting, including agencies and other vendors.Work with managers throughout the engineering organization to understand team dynamics, anticipate demand and continuously improve the sourcing model for their individual needs.Improve the effectiveness of the employee referral program.Maintain all data related to the recruiting function by keeping the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated and regular reporting.Identify cost effective ways to source passive talent.Co- lead the campus recruiting and internship initiatives at targeted universities. Continue to build presence on key campuses.As part of a strategic sourcing program, build and maintain pipelines for critical/hard to find technical roles.
