Bonefish Grill is growing and were now interviewing for mid-level Restaurant Managers. This includes all facets of restaurant operations. As a member of the 4-5 member store management team, the Manager with limited supervision, is responsible for the daily operations of the bar, host, servers team, including restaurant appearance and presentation, customer experience, professional leadership and direction to all employees including Expo for back-of-the-house in addition to managing P&L cost centers for a scratch kitchen concept. Our Managers are the face of Bonefish Grill in our communities and is a key position in delivering on the Bonefish Grill experience. Job Requirements
3+ years Management experience within a polished casual or casual operation.
Experience in serving and managing beer, wine and liquor.
Awareness of state and local liquor laws.
Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Hotel/Restaurant Management) preferred.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, both written and spoken.
Must exhibit the highest level of professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
Must be self-motivated, results driven, able to handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive environment, flexible, willingness to understand the business, and possesses proven organizational and critical thinking skills.
