Because we are committed to the goal of supporting every Counselors success, we offer paid classroom training of our proven unique selling model to provide the tools needed to succeed and fully satisfy our customers. Our sales approach is consultative", not "high pressure". This provides each customer with the needed information and choices to make the best buying decision while making the process easy and enjoyable. Our Counselors listen carefully to each customers needs and acts as a trusted advisor to offer them the best solution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Direct consumer sales
• Store merchandising
• Inventory management
• Basic accounting functions (daily cash management and deposits)
• Maintaining the professional appearance and cleanliness of the showroom
• Additional tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Commission sales experience
• Strong relationship building, customer service and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays
