We value your skills and want you on our team!Portfolio Recovery Associates is a fourteen year old, publicly traded company (NASDAQ-PRAA) that purchases and manages portfolios of defaulted consumer receivables and provides a broad range of accounts receivable management services.JOB SUMMARY:Analyzes credit and collection data to assist in the valuation of prospectiveportfolio acquisitions, as well as, to support various initiatives throughout the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work extensively with SQL server performing functions, such as, but not limited to, importing data files, building and/or executing T-SQL queries, stored procedures, DTS packages, and jobs
Runs due diligence and scoring models on prospective and owned portfolios
Prepares monthly report package for delivery to management
Performs ad hoc analysis of internally and externally acquired data
Presents study findings to peers and management

Education and Experience: Associates degree from an accredited university or technical college required; Bachelors degree in related discipline, with two to three years related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
