VOIP Administrator (FM483)

Location: Richmond, VA

Duration: 14 Months Contract

 

Job Description:

** MUST WORK ONSITE Richmond VA***

REQUIRED:

• IPCC - IPCC express experience is nice but really looking for IPCC Enterprise experience.

• Call Manager

• VOIP Platform

• 3 to 5 years voice experience

DESIRED:

• Spanlink

• Call center support experience that is not necessarily Cisco would still need the basic Cisco VOIP experience

• Experience with Call Center functionality,

• Cisco IVR experience

 

Provide operational database support for databases on many different DBMS (database management systems) and software levels

Manage databases in complex environments for high priority applications

Design and installation of database environments and databases

Will be responsible for day to day support of the Call Manager, Span Link Reporting, Voice call recording and daily activity of programming and relocating phones. Skill in IPCC must be strong, some LAN skills is desired.

M-F 8-5, with some after hours for change outs

-We are looking for high(er) end skilled individuals for this service.

-Devices router/switches (Nexus?) or servers, firewalls, load balancers, wireless, VoIP, etc.

-Performing hardware MACDs, cabling, and racking/stacking with troubleshooting skills.

1) IPCC - Enterprise preferred over Express – Expert - Required

4) 3-5 years Voice exp – Expert - Required

5) Spanlink – Intermediate - Desired

6) Call center support -basic Cisco VOIP req - Expert - Desired

7) Call Center Functionality - Intermediate - Desired

8) Cisco IVR - Expert - Desired
