Successful candidates will also:

• Develop weekly and monthly sales plans

• Research assigned territory to identify top prospects

• Develop and presentadvertising recommendations based on customer needs

• Prospect & close new business consistently

• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through effective customer service

• Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up

• Consistently attain revenue goals

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will be financially driven, highly disciplined and have an exceptionally strong work ethic. Additionally they will enjoy a team environment and the desire to exceed revenue goals

• At least 1 year previous sales experience in online and mobile advertising

  • mortgage industry experience a plus

• Experience in the complex sales approach

• Proven track record of exceedingsales goals

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Self starter with the ability to function with limited supervision at a demanding pace

• Planning and organization skills

• Excellent time management skills

• knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint applications
