Classification: Accounts Receivable Clerk

Compensation: $11.00 to $13.00 per hour

Accountemps is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk for one of our clients in the Springfield/Lorton area. This position would be reporting to the Manager of the department and would be temporary to full time for the right candidate. The main responsibilities of this position would include: developing and processing customer invoices, initiate and manage credit card chargebacks, manage customer account balances, verify/track documents appropriately, and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

The main requirements of the Accounts Receivable Clerk would include: 3+ years experience in a similar role, must have a strong proficiency in Excel and Outlook, and must be detail oriented.
