• HOA experience in condominium or single family home.
• Knowledge of governing documents
• Professional designations, AMS, CMCA or PCAM preferred.
• Board and committee work
• Architectural compliance knowledge
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Thoroughly professional presentation and a strong customer service orientation
• Bid specifications and working with contractors
