We know that our vision is a meaningful one that requires the very best talent. We are seeking an Account Management Assistant in our Property and Casualty division.

As a member of the Property and Casualty Insurance team, the Account Management Assistant will assist and support the Account Managers and others in the P&C Department with the processing of data and correspondence to existing and prospective clients.  The incumbent will be responsible for preparing accounts for the renewal process and processing renewal policies, endorsements and changes to existing clients.  Other supportive duties include checking policy documents when requested by Account Managers, sending credentialing information and Certificates of Insurance, reviewing/processing Workers Compensation audits, new business indications online, making service calls to clients when requested, and preparing packets for client visits.

 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent job experience.  Property and Casualty insurance agent’s license is required for this position.  Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel is required and experience with Applied/The Agency Manager (TAM) preferred.
