Our client partners with government integrators to support various programs. They are looking to bring on a resource to guide junior developers and support the rapid growth and development of these military projects.
On a day to day, the Sr. Developer will be taking a lead role in the research, design, and implementation of solutions, translate design requirements and specifications into successful implementations, and create external design documentation. This resource will also have to maintain high levels of knowledge, skill, and competencies in software development for an extensive range of project types.
To be qualified for this position, candidates must have 5+ years of J2EE experience, as well as application server and relational database experience. They must have a good understanding of project cycles, software development environments, and source control techniques. Prior experience bringing a software product from development to market is a plus. Candidates MUST be able to obtain a DOD Clearance.
