Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking a Mortgage Process Engineer for a temporary position with Our Client in Richmond, VA.
Position Description:
The Mortgage Process Engineer will be performing Time and Motion Studies from mortgage fulfillment, from collecting payments after the loan process is completed. She/he will build the Project Charter and will put together the Project Plan. Additionally, the Mortgage Process Engineer will be creating staffing models for Sr. Level Management, for evaluations against hiring and termination.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Mortgage Process Engineer:

• Is responsible for extensive Operational Process Study.
  
• Will conduct detailed analysis of mortgage programs and process, to include Workflow Design Review, Time & Motion Study, Benchmarking & Process Improvements.

• 5+ years of industry experience required
  
• Must possess Mortgage Operations experience
  
• Must have proficiency in MS Excel and Visio
  
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as confidence interacting with Sr. Level Management
