Contracts Administrator, Sr.



QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors Degree and 7-10 years of experience in cradle to grave contracting activities.
  • Experience across multiple federal contracts, including IDIQs, GWACS and GSA schedules.
  • Experience working with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and other agency FAR supplements as well as other agency specific regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated, team player who is able to work well with all levels of internal personnel, company clients and suppliers.
  • Meticulous organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced, demanding environment, while juggling multiple conflicting priorities/deadlines.
  • A positive and open mentality/attitude that is adaptable to change.
  • Ability to proactively maintain file documentation and keep abreast of changing company policy/direction.
  • Ability to communicate both orally and in writing in a fashion where contract/policy interpretation is clearly articulated and understood by those involved.

DESCRIPTION:
Princeton Information is seeking a Sr. Contracts Administrator. This team member will work in tandem with our Director of Contracts and Counsel on solicitations, compliance issues, agreements, and all contracts related issues. Experience across multiple federal contracts, including IDIQs, GWACS and GSA schedules, is required.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Independently review and negotiate nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, subcontractor agreements.
  • Review solicitations and contract actions for contractual, compliance, business and financial issues.
  • Assist with contract kick-off meetings between internal functional groups (i.e. PM, Finance, Contracts, etc.) and provide oversight and resolve issues that may arise during kick off meetings and mitigate risks.
  • Perform independent contract risk analysis, identifying implications and company exposure on terms and conditions, deliverables, schedule delays, and other risks.
  • Ensure proactive maintenance of contracts documentation consistent with FAR requirements and company practices/file parameters.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to all levels of personnel, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements while adhering to company policy and established practices to mitigate risks accordingly.
  • Assists in the development of internal contracts policy.
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant contractual procedures and practices.
  • Review and maintain annual corporate representations and certifications.
  • Review past performance evaluations (CPARS, PPIRS, FAPIIS etc.) and update senior management.
