Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating and managing to ensure a total work force that is appropriately organized, trained and motivated to effectively meet the Companys current and future needs.
- Recruiting, hiring, supervising, training and developing staff.
- Setting and monitoring standards of performance.
- Managing Customer Service in a manner consistent with the Companys goals.
- Developing the annual operational budget.
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements
- One to three years of related Home Medical Equipment operations experience preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of Home Medical Equipment Reimbursement guidelines preferred.
- Minimum of two years experience managing fifteen (15) employees or more required.
- Previous HME marketing/sales experience preferred.
- Superior judgment and analytical skills, as well as a proven capacity for rendering objective business decisions.
