MANAGER - HOME MEDICAL EQUIPMENT **EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** at Coeburn

Medi Home Care, one of our full service providers of Home Medical Equipment and Respiratory Products, currently seeks an experiencedManagerto join our team inCoeburn, VA.
Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinating and managing to ensure a total work force that is appropriately organized, trained and motivated to effectively meet the Companys current and future needs.
• Recruiting, hiring, supervising, training and developing staff.
• Setting and monitoring standards of performance.
• Managing Customer Service in a manner consistent with the Companys goals.
• Developing the annual operational budget.
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

ONLY EXPERIENCED MANAGERS WITH A MEDICAL INDUSTRY BACKGROUND NEED APPLY.Candidates without required experience will not be considered.
 Requirements

• One to three years of related Home Medical Equipment operations experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Home Medical Equipment Reimbursement guidelines preferred.
• Minimum of two years experience managing fifteen (15) employees or more required.
• Previous HME marketing/sales experience preferred.
• Superior judgment and analytical skills, as well as a proven capacity for rendering objective business decisions.
